Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was in a perfect location on the bottom floor with our own patio overlooking the kids' pool and bar/restaurant. The beach was great with warm water and lots of fun activities. However, the service was a mix of extremely friendly staff and some rude experiences, which affected my overall enjoyment. The location was awesome, but some areas need updating. The dining was amazing with cozy fire pits, but I wished some additional menu options were available.
The hotel offered a mini apartment-like room with a bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen area, and living room leading to a terrace, but the $50 daily resort fee was a downside. It was located across from a noisy beach bar with bad music playing.
I had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a wonderful view of the Gulf from the North side. It was a lot of fun staying there, although there were some issues with room service after the first night. The service was exceptional, provided with a warm and cheerful manner, even though it wasn't very friendly initially. The location was fantastic, with access to adult-only pool areas and a fabulous gulf front suite, but there was some noise from live music at the neighboring bar. The dining experience was amazing, especially with servers like Shelly and chef Diane, although Bermuda's for brunch was just okay. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
